ORIGINAL REVIEW: 1 STAR

Confirmation email: 	1:41 PM

First call:			2:10 PM
	I was told by Willie I believe there is a game and they’re very busy, but the driver had just left the store.

Second call:		2:23 PM
	I live 6 minutes or 1.2 miles away so I call again and am told by Willie I was not told the driver had left yet and he had no contact with the delivery driver. He then pretended to lose connection with me and started saying hello over and over so I hung up.

Third call:			2:26 PM
	I call to cancel the order because it’s been 44 minutes since I got the confirmation email and in the past I got sandwiches within 7 minutes at a different location in town. I’m not sure if I spoke to the same person this time, but he tries to put the blame on the manager from the night prior not prepping enough, to which I reply that’s not my problem and is no excuse for not being prepared at 2:30 in the afternoon.

UPDATED REVIEW: 3 STAR

I took my complaint to their website as well as their Facebook page and I was reached out to by the daughter of the owner of this particular store and had a sandwich credited to my account. The breakdown is 4 star sandwich, but 2 star delivery service so average of 3. This time around it took 31 minutes from the time I hung up the phone to receive my sandwich. Still completely unacceptable, but the Beach Club was very tasty.
