Staff was polite, friendly and fast!  The sandwiches are awesome as usual. Our special request of no tomatoes on two of our five sandwiches was done correctly.

Bunch of 2-faced people work there.  They smile in your face but talk sh** behind your back, whether you're a customer or employee. When they run out of bread and have chaos in the store due to poor management, they will find a delivery driver to blame for it. The managers let their friends and family have free food all the time, but not even give employees a discount. Their sandwiches are good, but way over priced. Not worth the money that's for sure.

I made an online order. For some reason it didn't all send through to them. They immediately called and took care of it for me. Great customer service! Thanks to you for that!

I ordered Jimmy Johns to serve at a meeting. I requested all the sandwiches be cut in half, so I could just put them on a tray and serve them. Only half of the sandwiches were cut in half. I also requested Mustard + Mayo on the side, because, not everybody like the same things. I didn't get sides of anything I requested. I also requested sauce on side for the Vito because I wasn't serving the sandwiches for a few hours, and I didn't want them to get soggy. They looked at me like I had lost my mind when I asked them to put the dressing in a to go cup. Overall, I really like Jimmy Johns. I think it is good food, for a fair price, and those pickles though.... However, I am not sure I will use them for catering in the future because they failed to follow very simple instructions.
