Was running late. No help with situation. Security made it worst. After I told them my circumstance The older security male at the first checking point made it so they had to search my purse. Yelled at me for taking out my I pad, Also pointed and yelled at me for waiting in the spot I was standing. ,of course they found nothing so the lady that checked purse wiped a plastic handy wipe container. I asked them both for their assistance in helping me move along quickly. In return they were mean and rude. Very poor customer service, and people skills. The man that checked my ticket was very nice and accommodating. If you want to be treated like scum, you’ll be fine. Missed my flight.

American Airlines. Watch out for the tall white lady with brunette short hair and wears black framed glasses that works for American Airlines. She seemed she was having PMs, and refused to serve us telling us she did not call for our names even though she was obviously working on the counter and there was hardly anybody standing in line and yes I was in line running a bit late. She than walks off and pretends to assist another worker on the counter when all she does is give demoralizing remarks about other people. Sorry but perhaps you should find another job being a poor sap.

Easy to get in and out if you are picking up or dropping off. Car rental is a breeze. Wish it wasn't such a long walk to all types of parking, lots of land, so just poor design. Love the fun board games. I don't care for the economy flights making you stand in the cold outside on the tarmac ramp. It would not be that hard to build a real gate or even a shelter. Saw several today with small babies that didn't know they'd have to stand out there in line with them.

Very nice and clean airport! They take great care of you!!! They also have a huge checkers board you can play on or rocking chairs to sit in to pass the time waiting on flights.

Modern, up to date airport with efficient and caring personnel. To really appreciate it, one must pass through a large impersonal airport in almost any other city. Easy access, check-in fast and easy. Friendly staff. Coffee shop, food court, clean and more. Restrooms specifically were spotless.
