If you have ever been to a subway, then you know what to expect. Same food, same prices. Although I like to go to this one because the staff is always so nice. The guy that made our sandwich last time said he had been there for 5  or six years I think. They also offer a deal where if you buy a $25 gift card, then you get a six inch for free. Just buy the card for yourself and about every third sandwich will always be free.

Its been a few weeks I've been having bad service here. Today, there was a male employee that "helped us" today. When we walked in, you could already notice his attitude towards the two elderly in front of us. Then was my turn, I asked for Italian bread, he said we are out, with a very disrespectful tone. Then he went to grab some paper towels, and he jammed the dispenser, so he repeatedly banged on it and started to use profane language and said I'm gonna quit. After he made my sandwhich, more bad service at checkout. He declined my coupon and said it was not valid, when it was not expired, and completely valid. Everyone in line started to look at each other. I had to conaltain myself, and if he had one more outbreak in front of us all and showed us bad service, I would have cussed at him and punch him and get out. I've been going to thus subway for 7 years now, and now getting bad service. DEAR SUBWAY, YOU NEED BETTER EMPLOYEES. Thank you

I've always going there and I like that the foods there is so much healthier than most other places.

1st time in there I was not waited on and employee's didn't care, it was brought up to the manager and he realized the problem and fixed it.

Its hard to serv food wen u have i person talkng orders and making sandwiches, its was supost to be a worm samdwich but it was cold., i wont recommend bentonville subway to no1, rate a-1
