When I place and order I barely have time to make it outside before they get her. Need food fast? Call here.... no joke... they fast

First negative experience is when I walked in. The diva cashier could barely muster out a 'hello' without sounding like I owed her something. She took my order, then my money and said nothing throughout the transaction, just a stuck up stare towards me. No 'Thank you', no 'order will be up shortly', nothing. The second negative experience was after the order was made, again, no 'Thank you' or 'Have a nice day', just the typical entitlement look from the sandwich maker. The third negative experience is when I got back to the office only to realize that they messed up my order. If fast food workers want $15 dollars an hour, they might consider putting forth some form of effort. This is the second time this store screwed up my order and treated this customer in this rude fashion. There won't be a third time.

No-frills sub shop where speed is their biggest selling feature. If you want variety, this isn't really where you're going to find it.

Unremarkable. Obnoxiously fast. I mean give me just a second and don't hand my food over the register.

This Jimmy John's is close to the Arch, Courthouse & Busch Stadium, and you can walk here from any of these places. It is not visible on the main road, but there is a board to point you in the right direction. I ate the #6 sandwich and it was great as always. Quick service.
