Depends which Jimmy John's you visitGilbert, Chandler Jimmy John's was the Best. I was disappointed with Casa Grande Jimmy John's they are not as smiling,friendly, willing to alter a sandwich to a customer's satisfaction. Ex. I can't have lettuce because of a food allergy. If I sat hold the lettuce at Casa Grande J.J.'s they act like I kick rocks in their face

They’re fine if you don’t get delivery! My order was delivered with no napkins, mayo, mustard even though I asked for them to be included and my sandwich was missing half of the ingredients! I called them to say something and got hung up on. There is one delivery driver that I have seen in my neighborhood driving very recklessly- TWICE! Almost hit me once, and I watched them cut someone off the other time. Ordering in person I haven’t had an issue.

Food was amazing and freaky fast as Jimmy John's reputation proceeds. The lady's ruled the prep line!! Back to work I go!

Quite possibly the worst service I've experienced in a long time. The rude- big goof behind the counter was disgusting and doesn't know that after you sneeze- you should probably wash your hands. After I ordered, someone who wasn't working there must have noticed that me and my kids were waiting on our food. It had been sitting at the end and no one thought of telling us! We were the only ones there and it still took forever to get our order!
