We love Firehouse! But this particular branch seriously needs a lesson in customer service. We ordered our subs and they were completely cold. I went to tell them and asked if there was anyway possible they could just warm them up. The cashier told me no, and that they would just remake them. The whole rest of the time we were there, the staff openly was talking bad about us, and giving us dirty looks. As a manager at a restaurant I know how frustrating it can be to deal with costumers, but i would never tolerate my staff acting like that. We will never go to this Firehouse ever again.

One star is extremely generous. I thought a band-aid in my salad was bad, but the way we were treated by FS staff is unbelievable! ...Rude, dismissive, belittling. Owner Wendy & manager Brianna (10720 E. Southern Ave. Ste. 112d Mesa, AZ 85209) must have missed that they sold us a salad w/ a band-aid in it! Sorry, we'll NOT be back.

Walked in for a sub and told we would wait at least 20 minutes because of phone orders. What?  That’s ridiculous. Then have someone doing those separately. When you physically come to the store, you should NOT have to wait for that. Walked out!

Will NEVER return.  This place is awful.  I've been there three times.  Each time it's been a long wait to get food. Today was the last straw.  It took TWENTY MINUTES from the time I placed the order til my sandwich was ready.  And the bun was so soaked it was inedible anyway.

I used to eat at the one in downtown Tempe.  That location was great.  Super friendly staff and they were fairly quick.  But they closed that one down for some reason.  Sigh.
