Ordered at 5:24 pm was told food would be ready for pickup in 30 minutes. It is now 6:44 and pizza has still not came out. Others have came in ordered ate and left. Still my family has no pizza. Staff response, "Sorry." Yeah thanks that fills my kids belly.

Words can't even convey how angry I am.  Over pizza, yeah, I get it.  it's just pizza.  But when we spent nearly $30 for two tiny, cardboard tasting pizzas it's a little frustrating.  

First off, the customer service was terrible.  I called ahead and said we were picking up.  He said, "OK, what would you like?"  I asked if there were any specials.  I don't know if he was distracted or what.  He said, "yeah... sooooo, uhhhhh, that's going to be like 20 minutes."  I clarified.  I said, "That's cool, thank you.  I was just wondering what your specials are."  We were told in vague terms that there were some specials like "two pizzas with wings" "two subs" and I was like, "OK, how much is the two pizzas with wings?"  "Like $30?" was the answer I got. At that point I was thought to myself forget this, this guy is clueless.  So I said, "OK, we'll just go with whatever your large supreme is and a large pepperoni."  He never read the order back and we were told $17.  OK, sounds reasonable for carry-out.  We were never offered flavored crust, anything.  But $17 I am okay with.

So we get there a few minutes later and figure we'll pay and wait for our pizza because we're early.  The guy is like, "Ok so a cheese and a pepperoni?"  We were like, "No, a supreme and a pepperoni."  My wife was nice about it.  Now all of a sudden we're up to like $25 - and the computer asks you to tip when you pay so you don't want to look like a douche so you tip.  Then we're at over $28 out the door.  I ask them if they haven't made the pizzas yet to please do butter cheese on the crust since it wasn't offered earlier and they have free flavored crust.  He said they haven't made them yet and it's not a problem.  Adds that to our order in the computer.

Pizza comes out relatively fast.  Out the door we go... I peek in the box: two tiny, cardboard crusted pizzas with no flavored crust later... I'm furious.  It's been a long day at work, the pizza looks terrible.  For $30 I could've fed two households at Pizza Hut.  We've been going to Zella's since they opened and the quality has gone wayyy downhill and the price has gone up.  We will not be back.  Zella's: train your staff on customer service and listening skills, then reassess your pricing.  You do not make $15+ pizza.  Any of the ones on your menu.  Maybe back in the day you could've gotten by with $10 tops.

The crust tastes like plain flour and water baked.  Gross!  What happened to you, Zella's!!??  Walmart's $5 pizza is jack nasty... but it's better than this.  I would be better off eating the cardboard box from Zella's.

A great "cheap" pizza place, with other food items. The place is always clean, and open seating. Servers/Cashiers are always nice, and willing to help. The food itself, go in, knowing you're not expecting award winning pizza, and you'll love it like I do. It's my go-to if I want a lazy night just eating a pizza and watching a movie at home. 

I actually haven't had anything else, but I've been meaning to. I'll edit my review when I do.

Kegan was unprofessional however the guy who was working the front counter Kevin was very prefoessional and helpful with great customer service. Kevin is so down to earth and made the experience 5 star worthy unfortunately kegan dampened the experience.

Menu options are great but they literally took half an hour to make 2 subs.
