One of my favorite jimmys in town! The people that work here are usually very attentive and enjoy their job.
Always feel welcome and my sandwiches are always done right away.
Not to mention that I once overheard them trying to remember what I got last, since I'm a regular.

I give such a low score because my son was working here ...has a bit of a disability and let go because of it... He didn't fit in with the college kids cause he wasn't as smart as them ... Never half to worry about any of my friends or family ever ordering from them again

Consistently fast, pleasent, and tasty. 2 bathrooms on-site. Parking out front. Tables and bar style seating as well. Nice folks.

Before I left work today I went online and ordered two tuna subs from this location. I left work and went to jimmy johns to pick up my sandwiches and everything seemed fine. That was until I got home and unwrapped my sandwich to find that my tuna sub had no tuna...I mean none whatsoever. To make things worse when I called to let them know, they didn't do anything to fix the problem except tell me that I could come back and they would put two scoops of tuna on my sandwich. Mind you it's the middle of winter in Ohio and the reason that I ordered online was to make this a quick transaction. This location is 1.5 miles from my home and the least they could have offered would have been free delivery of another sandwich but no. I had to leave my warm home during the middle of the winter for two scoops of tuna that should have been on my sandwich to begin with. The days of good customer service are dead.
