Pizza quality is sub standard to typical pizza huts, staff is completely rude and condescending. Never spending a dollar here again

Called once, was hung up on. Called back, was on hold for 11 minutes. I had my husband call on the other line and a call center took our order. Said it would take 65 minutes for delivery. Called back after 75 minutes (to find out where dinner was) and was put on hold again for 6 minutes, someone finally picked up and said driver was on his way. Dinner arrived after waiting over 100 minutes. 35+ minutes late. Not a good way to run a business. Food was good, but they forgot our garlic butter, I figured as much.

Unprofessional I ordered my food they never showed and claim they cancelled my order but it's been a week & my money still hasn't been put back on my card and when I called to ask about it the manager starts yelling and getting smart with me I just want my money or my food !!!

Waited till I had already ordered that they needed me to pay with a card. Or I had to pick it up. Cancelled my order won't be using this pizza hut ever again.
