The worst customer service I've received in a long time. We order Jimmy Johns frequently and it's always quick and friendly service. After 25 minutes of waiting I called the store and was rudly told our location was on the edge of the delivery zone and it takes a while. I ordered through the website. How would I know that?? After a 30 min wait a young guy showed up in a bicycle helmet and when we waived him over he couldn't have been more rude. I said it was for us he told me to sign the receipt and then said "can I have my pen back" and walked away. If he's riding a bike to the edge of the delivery zone no wonder it took a while, but I don't think that's my problem? Won't ever order Jimmy John's again.

Today was the last time I'll ever order from this location. I have never gotten a correct order from this store- always something missing.   I understand lunchtime delivery is probably a really hectic and busy time but it's unacceptable.  I should have learned my lesson when I ordered a Turkey Tom and didn't get the turkey (!!!) but I tried again today and got a vegetarian sandwich that was delivered to me without the avocado spread and without the extra hot peppers and sprouts that cost me extra $.  It can't possibly be that difficult to read an order and make a sandwich the way it should be.

Used to work here, Managers showed me the preservative jelly that oozes out of the "Turkey" when they cut it. Disgusting. I stopped eating employee meals here. Then, the owner forced me to deliver on my bike in a BLIZZARD FOR TWO DAYS, I became permanently disabled and haven't been able to use my arms since. JIMMY JOHNS IS FOR FOOLS AND TOOLS.

Jimmy John's vegetarian sandwich hits the spot! This one can be busy, but is usually relatively quick. Make sure to add sprouts, sprouts lovers!

Excellent customer​ service. Website wouldn't let me complete my full order and purchase a drink. The store called me to ask what drink I wanted, but I was unable to answer the phone. Order was delivered quickly. I was surprised when I learned they had used my order history to guess I would have selected a Diet Coke and had it delivered with my food! (100% would have, you guys made the right call)

Absolute top of the line customer service.
