I live 5 blocks away and it took 35 minutes to get two sandwiches, one of which was wrong. The pizza I order from miles away and has to be cooked gets here faster. Freaky Fast? I think not. Called to complain and got attitude from the person claiming to be the manager whom only offered an apology and excuses.

My online order was confirmed at 6:17. At 6:50 it finally arrived. I live 5 blocks away. I opened my bag and noticed right away that they gave me the wrong chips, so I called and they said they would bring the right one. Then I opened what was supposed to be an unwich (it wasn't) and called them back again. When I mentioned that I had waited a half hour for my food and most of it was wrong, and now I would have to wait even longer for the right order, I heard excuses about problems with the bread. Which is funny, because my order wasn't even supposed to have bread. When I asked what she could do for me I got attitude and she said, "I don't know what more I can do". Umm.....how about bring a coupon for a free sandwich? She told me she didn't k ow how to do that. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was the manager. You're the manager and you don't even have the ability to give someone a coupon? Anyway....this review is getting too long, but here it is 7:15 and I still don't have my order.

Called the first time says go ahead, have my address then got hung up on. Called again, rang twice hung up on. Third time didn't even answer. Pathetic excuse of a delivery resterant

Increase in day old bread to over a dollar?! Plus I can't get a single mayo packet anymore what the heck is that? Stingy as can be. I will never go to jimmy johns ever again for this reason alone. I'm getting my friends to give 1 star as well since we USED to be fans of the bread and mayo.
