Love, love, love the food but the amount of guacamole included on certain sandwiches or extra that you pay for is barely above a taste.

My family orderer a few sandwiches from this sandwich shop when we were in Clarksville visiting a family member. One of the sandwiches was "The Veggie" with sprouts and avacado added on wheat. Once we got back to our hotel that is 3.6 miles from the store, we realized that they put ham and turkey on the sandwich, still the correct sandwich otherwise with the sprouts and avacado spread, but with meat. I called the store and the manager was very rude, assuring us that he made the sandwich correctly or implying that we are lying about the sandwich being incorrect. He said that they would not deliver us the corrected sandwich, which despite being less than 4 miles away. I had to drive back to pick up the proper sandwich and the manager was then more rude and condescending, SURE he made the sandwich correctly or that they got switched somehow, despite the sandwich having all the other specific things, sprouts and avacado on wheat, that the sandwich should otherwise have. The manager was also shocked that we didn't return the incorrectly made sandwich, I was just under the impression that once food left a restaurant, you weren't supposed to bring in back in, and on the phone he didn't ask me to bring it with me. He didn't offer to refund anything or do anything other than remake the sandwich and make me come back to pick it up. Horrendous service. My family visits Clarksville often and this is the second time we have had them mess up an order and do nothing to rectify the situation, but this time they were also literally rude about it.

After hearing my Sis rave for years 'bout this place since she was in college in the early Oughts, I've finally had my chance to make acquaintance.  I suppose I've never lived near a Johnny-John's...  and, boy, was I missin' out.  Great, simple menu.  Perfect portion size.  Fast service (Rolling up, I was like:  How does a sammy joint have a drive-through, Homie?!  Like that, it does.  Who knew?)  Friendly and generous staff.  Terrific walls.  Too-comfy bathrooms.  Always quiet; never too busy.  I'm hooked.  This one might just edge the other Johnny-John's in Clarks-vul I've met.  Just.  Try 'em both!
