We live less than 2 miles from this location. Placed an order online, only to be called 2 minutes before closing time (about 20 minutes after placing order) to for a woman to say "we have a lot of other orders to deliver so it's going to be a 2 hour wait, would you like to go ahead and cancel?" I say, "uhh Okay?" She disconnects the call. I call back less tham a minute later, same woman answers "hi this is ____ will this be for delivery or carry out?" I tell her who I am, and that I would like to have my order delivered, (seeing as all other places were already closed by the time she called and basically told me they were cancelling my order). She agrees to have it sent out. A few minutes pass by, and the manager Dallas Welch calls me back. He says that they will not be delivering my order. I explain to him that I ordered before closing time, I would like my order to be placed/delivered (common sense, right?) I cannot even begin to explain how rude this "manager" was. He mocked me, laughed anytime I tried to speak, and every time I tried to say a word to him he would start talking directly over me. He 'assured' me I would be getting my 'refund', even when I explained how it's not about the money, it's about the serious lack of customer service/professionalism. When I asked how I can get in contact with his manager, he said "call the number you did tonight, tomorrow morning". Being skeptical, I asked "okay? But what number is it that I will be calling, so I make sure I have it correctly?" He starts laughing obnoxiously, then gives me THE WRONG NUMBER..? Long story short, my frustration isn't even slightly the fact that I didn't get to eat pizza tonight. My frustration is at the total lack of mannerism, decency, professionalism, etc. oh, and FYI, when I even offered to pay for TWO pizzas (even when I ordered ONE) Dallas said "uh no, were closing up and leaving" i then asked "so why was I told it was going to be TWO hours to get a pizza to me due to the order load you have??" Of course, I never got an answer. I got hung-up on. I usually love the pizza though! But with the management (or lack of) I will absolutely never order from any Pizza Hut again. (And I assure you, I'm not one to usually get that upset). Maybe one day businesses will understand that they make their living from the customers that they treat so poorly. And delivery driver/&/or Dallas.. if you're reading this too, I never leave anything less than a $20 tip within an hour of closing time..it was less than a 2 mile drive... and you had my tracker online that I had pulled up said it was already being made. What a waste of mine AND your time that you're obviously so concerned about (and yes, I have recordings and screenshots).

Not sure who answered the call when I wanted to place an order but he was definitely unexcited and sounded very rude.. been ordering from this place since long as i can remember and seems every year they get worse and worse with the quality and customer service.. not pleased at all

Was argued with about not delivering to my address even though im .6 miles away. Litterally two turns. Manager then proceeded to argue that i was to blame for the problem After ive Ordered frome this place 5 times to the same address. Everytime marinara sauce was not in box. (Supposed to come in every bread and cheesestick) Management is trash. Customer service is horrible. This is not how a business should be ran.

Apparently there are no sit down Pizza Hut’s in this town, ended up going somewhere else to eat so can’t rate food or service...
