MANNERS,  MANNERS, AND MANNERS!!    So....I ordered 3 pizzas online NONE of these pizzas came with sauce. So I figured the nice thing to do was call them and let them know not expecting anything in return. The young girl that answered the phone was really nice I explained the situation and she got the manager. The manager answered the phone with "yea..what's your phone number." That's not how to present yourself as a manager, and it just went downhill from there. So whoever owns this particular franchise GOOD LUCK STAYING OPEN!!!! If the owner actually reads this please reply back to this and I will let you know how the rest of that particular conversation continued. Good luck.

Evidently credit card fraud is acceptable at this Pizza Hut. Gave the driver a tip and then they wrote In a higher tip amount. When I notice the charge on my credit card statement , I immediately asked for a refund they said that they would not give me a refund without the pizza. Then they argued with me and said that that did not happen, and question what took me 6 days to call.
I was under the impression that credit card statement still come only once a month.
Long story short I have received no refund or anything because of this, and I encourage everybody not to do business with Pizza Hut

This is a horrible location. We waited an hour and a half for delivery. When the food arrived, part of the order was missing. One of the pizzas was not cut and cooked very unevenly. The other pizza was supposed to have extra sauce, but it hardly had any sauce on it at all. When I called about our missing food, the manager was very short and just said it would be here later. I am exceptionally disappointed.

A large pepperoni pizza with thin crust and light sauce was ordered. After arriving home there was no sauce and the layers of the crust had separated due to lack of sauce and the entire pizza was hard. I took the pizza back and spoke to Jarrett and he said that he wouldn't personally eat something like this and offered to remake it for me. I asked to see the second pizza before leaving and his immediate response was "I hope it's not too bad for you". At this point I told him I would not be returning and it was pretty hard to mess up a pepperoni pizza. As you can see in the picture they had added some cheese to cover up the poor quality last minute on the 2nd pizza. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut location and the product and customer service is extremely poor!

There's a reason that they have lost my business to Marcos. I ordered a pepperoni lovers, it could have been a cheese pizza for all the pepperoni that was on it. They cut both of my pizzas so crooked, some of the slices wouldn't feed a toddler. I was first offered another person's pizza when I went to pick up my order, and then my debit card was returned to me covered in so much grease from the clerk's hands, I had to wipe off before putting back in my wallet. Will never order from here again.
