I’m a vegetarian and I ordered a cheese pizza. It looked like normal cheese until I found ham, pepperoni, and even sausage under the cheese. This isn’t the first time either. I wasn’t able to eat lunch. I tried picking everything off but by the time I did I had crust and sauce.

My order was not the way I wanted it, it wasn't horrible it just was either an ordering error or an error on the restaurant's end. Either way when I called both the associate who answered the phone and the manager (sorry, I don't remember her name), gave great customer service and made me very happy. Thank you for being the best pizza delivery service in the area.

Best customer service and friendly environment! They have messed up my order once but the way they responded to their mistake was awesome. This place is really good and I will continuing coming back.

Overall, Papa Johns is usually our family's "go to" pizza place.  As far as rhe pizza is concerned, I've only had 2 bad experiences over the course of 2 yrs of frequenting here, for our Friday night, family pizza night.  (Note:  both times, I contacted the establishment, and they were quick to apologize and make amends for it.)  The overrall appearance and cleanliness of the establishment has always been very good.
The ONLY reason why I gave 4 stars, instead of 5, is because it's somewhat annoying how quickly they cycle through employees at the establishment.  I'm partial to consistency, and whenever employee changeover is frequent, it does make me worry as to whether or not the care and quality of the establishment, will decline.

By far the best chain pizza. I pick up from this store rather then the one that delivers to my home due to better quality.
