Didn't look at other reviews before I came in, looking at them now I'm totally confused.

Came in about 5pm after work and ordered a number 3, place looked clean, they had my food ready super fast, staff was polite.

Food was cooked the way it should be, hot and fresh. Place seemed on par to me..? I saw plenty of staff who knew what they were doing. Though I didn't use the restroom to see if that was contrary to the reviews.

First off, the bathroom was FILTHY. It looked like someone missed the WALL trying to get into the urinal and then the cashier was extremely rude. Giving me and my brother the stink eye, telling us we had to throw away a cup I touched, no one else had to do this. Me and my brother were order 113, my friend Kevan was 114 and someone before us who was 112. Kevan was helped first, then the people before us, then us. I would not jave minded being served last if the orders were taken care of IN THE ORDER RECIEVED.

My little brother's chicken was raw and not the size he paid for. The service was terrible. The only redeeming quality is my chicken was edible. It still wasn't as good as other restaurants I've been to in this chain.

Good location and fairly clean. Although the service we received was poor. We ordered to go and waited 30 mins. We were short on time... so we did not appreciate the wait time.

You are able to watch your food being prepared and packaged. The staff took their time and were rude when asked a question. 

We will probably go to a different location next time.

I love Popeyes I spend always more then 30 to 40 dollars in there. I move out here in Olathe thinking I would get better service and feel good about spending my money and time but No the service sucks ass the lady act like we was buying her chicken that she was taking home. I'm just going to find a better location.
