I have never felt so compelled to post a poorly review as I do today. I highly encourage anyone considering using JN Phillips at all to look for another auto glass company. Heck, any company. This place is not worth your time. I spoke to (7) different associates over the course of (1) day to fix my (1) windshield. No one seemed to know what was going on. Associate #1 never called me back after promising to call me back with a new appointment time. Associate #2 magically found an appointment slot that Associate #1 said was unavailable. When no one showed, I called again and again, each time getting someone new at the "call center". By the 7th person, I found out I was ACCIDENTALLY scheduled by the 2nd person, in error, and also that that appointment was ACCIDENTALLY confirmed by the 3rd person. Associate #7 also admitted that "this happens all the time. The call center always overbooks the stores." When I asked to speak to a manager, I got sent to a billing voicemail. Safe to say, I waited around all day for the non-existent technician and, nope, still don't have a new windshield.

This is the most disastrous, embarrassing system of a company I have ever tried to do business with in my life. They promise but cannot deliver. Don't wait around for them.

The man who took my call to set up an appointment to get my window replaced stated that it would be four days before they could help me. I told him I was going to look for a better option and he hung the phone up on me. Very unprofessional, would not recommend.
