Had an appointment  including a loaner car. Showed up a day early.  Still got a loaner car and I mistakenly picked my keys up and came home.  They sent someone to pick up the keys; on a very cold , snowy day.  My car was done by early afternoon.  The price was amazing.  They recommended some work for next oil change visit and gave me an estimate.  Have already sung their praises to multiple people.  Totally my new shop.  Loved them!

I came in because I thought I needed new brake pads/rotors. They told me the percentage left and said my car was good to go. Got me in and out quickly considering the volume that day. I like this place because they didn't try to sell me on a bunch random things I didn't need. Plus they have a shuttle service which is convenient.

Took both of my cars in on 2 separate days, had the oil changed in both, and both got full diagnostic panels done to make sure they were both in working (and not going to blow up on me) order. Bryan was extremely nice and helpful - explained to me exactly what the team did to my cars and what was recommended but not exactly required. I appreciated the honesty and I walked away feeling like they weren't just trying to take advantage and make money off of either vehicle I brought in. Will definitely be giving them my service again!

I called them at 8:30 with a flat tire. By 9:30 they were looking at my car and by 9:45 they had identified the problem. I have used them in the past for other little things and have always been impressed. On another occasion I broke the entry to my gas tank, and they jimmied it open for me free of charge. This time they ordered my tire and had me on the road again within a few hours.  Their service was impeccable as always.

One of the many good things about moving to Johnson County was  finding JoCoAuto.  Everything about them is top-notch.  During the 10 years I have been a customer I have always been more than pleased with their service--very friendly and efficient.
