I really would like to give this store a higher rating. The sales are great, the jewelry supplies has been hit by a tornado & is slowly disappearing and it's near impossible to find what you are looking for. Customer service on the floor is non existent, and when you finally find someone that works there you have a 50/50 chance of them being willing or able to help you. But when you get the good 50, its great. The checkout line is always backed up making for a dreaded 15 minute wait just to pay.

Pretty great selection for a store that caters to so many different things! Great deals and coupons, too, so you really have no excuses!! ;)

Very slow. There were less staff and more people. I stayed in the line for 15 minutes and there was just one cashier. I didn't buy and had to leave my stuff. Even the person at the fabric counter was rude and very slow. Though they had good variety but poor service.
