Review for the grooming service only. More specifically, getting nails trimmed:

Very friendly & caring groomers. Either my Dad or I take our *very* "senior" dachshund, Buddy, in to get his nails trimmed. He shakes like a leaf every single time & we don't get him in as often as we should b/c of that, but there are a couple of groomers that always recognize him instantly. When I bring him in alone, one of the girls (I forget her name but she is usually there in the afternoon) always asks how my father is doing as well. Her love of dogs radiates out like light from the sun, and Buddy relaxes as soon as he's in her arms. If his nails are pretty long & they aren't busy she'll usually use the grinder to get his nails as short as possible w/o the upcharge associated with going from clipping nails to grinding them. Buddy always comes out acting like a puppers, even if she uses clippers & catches a quick, which is pretty rare.

Honestly, I don't think I, nor Buddy, has had a bad experience here. We did have one issue regarding the closing time for grooming, but that could have been avoided by simply calling instead of using Google for hours. Basically, if you're a walk-in looking for something simple/quick like a nail trim, be sure to call ahead/get there 30 minutes before the posted closing time.

Their website states Petco has a price match guarantee. We walk in and ask the girl employee if it's true at this location, she's says no. We did not buy anything and went to Petsmart instead. They price matched AND had more items in stock. Also, the item we wanted to price match was $10 cheaper at Petsmart anyways. Petsmart, you've got a new customer!
