Love it here. The staff is always friendly, greeting every person walking in, and they offer mail boxes you can access 24/7 with your own keys to the front door. They've also never lost a package of mine and notify me via text within a few minutes of getting a package for me. One thing that would be cool is if they allowed people to get their packages after hours (another UPS in Santa Ana would leave a key to one of the larger boxes inside your box if you had a package, and that way you could pick it up when it's noisy convenient for you).

A little on the pricey side for an annual box rental (this year it went up a bit to around $260+ for a small box for the year), but they email out special promos like "three months added on free", or you could get a percentage off thanks to them partnering through your credit card providers websites (my discover has a promo this year for 15% off).

Give them a try, I definitely trust and recommend the people working here.

Friendly and helpful staff, professional service with a smile. It does get very busy at certain times of the day, but that's expected with a business like this. They even send me text notifications when my packages arrive.

I've had a mail box with this location for almost 8 years and have never had a problem with the manager or her staff. Even after moving out of the area, I still have my mail and packages shipped here because they're reliable.

All in all, a far better shipping and parcel experience then using the United States Postal Service.

worst ever customer service i have seen in ups and in my life. I got e-mail notification from ups my choice that my parcel is ready for pickup at this sore. Actually i had hold my ups package at this store from my ups app. when i go there for pickup there was a mature lady short height who literally harassed me for my package. She behaved very rude and told me that my package is not there without even asking my name. How the hell she knew about package without even checking them and knowing about my name. She told me to go to ups hub. in the meantime when i was talking to her, i saw my package lying behind the counter. when i told her that my package is that , she got very mad and ignored me and got busy dealing other people. Then i called  ups customer care and requested her to tell that lady about my package. Finally after waiting half an hour and going through lot of harassment i got my package. But had i not called customer care agent i was turned down by that lady.  I WILL NEVER EVER HOLD MY PARCEL AGAIN AT THAT STORE.

I am a box holder at this location and I really like the service I get. Staff is friendly here to! On a side note the people who gave it a one star because it closes at 5 or because you're in a rush at 9am...ummm the world doesn't revolve around you. I know society now teaches that you're special but you're not. Anyways so yes I highly recommend this place for Friendly staff and convenience of a physical address!
