Jobe was a great agent. I would happily recommend him to friends and family. He demonstrated a solid understanding of the Charleston market and what to expect. He was also great at pulling the loose ends together that come with closing on a home and making it happen. I cannot say enough good things about Jobe and The Cassina Group.

After a harrowing move across the country, Jobe was awesome to work with and worked hard to understand our housing needs.  He has a firm grasp of the market, is a tough negotiator, and successfully helped us navigate the complexity of our transaction.  Jobe helps us with understanding the different neighborhoods and showed us spot-on inventory in each area.  He was not satisfied until we found the perfect house which suited our needs. Jobe has been our agent twice.  He sold us a house and then several years later, he sold that same house for us!  My favorite thing about working with Jobe is that he never ever says NO.  He is all about solutions and I really appreciate that.  So many things can go wrong when buying and selling a house.  He is very skilled at anticipating issues and mitigating them from the start.  He is always very calm and extremely professional. When I say Jobe is a hard worker, I mean a true workhorse.  He took us out on New Years Day to look for homes.  Other agents were slow to move.  Jobe is always on the job.  I honestly wouldn't use anyone else!

Jobe was wonderful to work with. Every encounter I had with Jobe was professional, upbeat, and efficient.  He was always professional and answered any questions we had.  He was very helpful during the contract and closing procedures.  

He was responsive to our needs and our feedback. We would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a home in the Charleston area.
