This company is a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! The broker-in-charge Eric Wetherington  ([email protected]) has ignored and had his office staff abuse us the entire time.
The "property manager" seems to magically change every week.
First we were told it was Ashley Palmieri who we expressed displeasure with the rental the day we moved in. We documented every little thing in the house and outside. We also stated our concerns in our move-in paperwork. Ashley literally cussed us out and hung up. I have this all recorded. Then we have, over the last year been told Chris Conway was the property manager, he said no himself...recorded. Then it was Amanda Denning....multiple ignored emails and nasty phone calls from her....all recorded. Finally we get a lady named Bridget Holm who was the "most helpful". She stated working for Carolina One 11 years ago but leaving due to the way they rip people off and she'd see to it that this was all made right...10 months later. Then all of a sudden Eric told her not to communicate with us any further and to "just ignore them". Again....screen shots of texts and recorded conversations. 
Among moving out they blamed us for "damage" we proved on video we did not do. They kept almost $600 for AN ANCHOR HOLE ALREADY THERE! Eric Wutherington has ignored my lawyer, and ignored us. We met with the home owner and his realtor who stated no money should be kept and they've been ignored by Eric too. We'll kids, this is what court is for. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!  You can and should SANCTION your Broker-in-charge if any of these or other issues arise. Also write the real estate commission. Carolina One and it's disgusting employees and business practices are simply cold, unprofessional, illegal and vile.
