Jody was instrumental throughout the entire real estate process.  Her knowledge of the market was dead on.  Not only did she bring in over 50 agents to the open house, she marketed our home through multi-media channels.  The way she handled the transaction made it stress-free for me and my family.  She has a great eye for design and staged my home to emphasize all of it's best qualities.  Jody had a portfolio of qualified buyers that she brought to the house.  She was in touch with me daily, and made my concerns her top priority.  I can't recommend Jody enough to prospective buyers and sellers.

Jody was an amazing resource and guide for us throughout our several month home search process. She provided us with excellent guidance and service and showed tremendous patience, resiliency, and personal dedication to finding us the right home.  She continually went above and beyond, making herself available for showings and learning whatever she could about each home we were interested in.  She knows each submarket within the area extremely well.  We couldn't have been happier with her as our buyer's broker.

Jody was exactly what we needed.  She is high energy, upbeat, efficient, and very knowledgeable.  We no longer reside in the state, so we had to rely on her for many things in order to sell our house.  She helped us with everything from removing and disposing of extra furniture, selling things on Craigslist, arranging yard cleanup and tree planting, and staging the house.  She was very good at communicating not only with us and the contractors, but especially with the lawyer and title agent involved.  She was extremely proactive and always followed through.  In the end, her tenacity really made a difference for us.  She held two open houses, and was very accommodating to potential buyers who came back on multiple occasions to experience the house at different times of the day.  I heartily recommend Jody without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.  She is a true professional.

Jody was instrumental in finding me my dream house.  I was looking for a fixer upper on a big lot in Montclair with enough room to add an attached garage.  Not an easy task!  Jody found me the right property and helped me envision my renovation.  She's extremely strategic, calm, and rational.  I highly recommend her to anyone looking in town.

Jody continues to be instrumental in our search for the perfect house.  Her experience and knowledge of the Montclair area is truly valuable and unique. When our search was starting to take longer than expected, she found us a fabulous rental to help us locate to Montclair sooner rather than later.  She is constantly available to answer any questions and has a great sense of the market.  Jody is one of a kind and we don't know what we would have done without her!
