For the sale of my house in Montclair I am so glad that I worked with June Raegner. I am grateful that June was clearly working for us and helping us to make decisions that were in our best interest, rather than what was most convenient for herself or others. June clearly has a great knowledge of the area and the market. Our house lacked recent comps, but her suggested listing price was higher than we thought possible and she was confident that the price was accurate. When the appraised value came in significantly lower than the listing price, June asserted that her price was correct and helped us to quickly find a cash buyer. She held out for the price that she felt was fair, even though her company had to forego half of the commission. Through all of this, June showed amazing negotiating skills and was always available and communicative. She is an extremely ethical realtor and kind person.

I've used Rich Stanton as my broker on both a purchase and a sale of property in Glen Ridge. Most recently he found me a perfect rental in Montclair while I continue a search with him for a new house to purchase. His knowledge of everything going on in the market in the Montclair area can't be beat and I absolutely recommend him and his firm to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Stanton Company  worked tirelessly to effectively market my property. Their marketing plan started with making the home look as welcoming as possible through staging with attention to every detail.  They evaluated and leveraged new technology to increase exposure on the web, driving up the number of visits to the property. If you are selling your home I highly recommend contacting Stanton Company they will close the sale!!

Rich and his firm handled the sale of my mother-in-law's West Orange townhouse in a truly professional manner.  They understood the needs and concerns of their client, gave good guidance on positioning the property in the market and provided overall excellent service.  The transaction was negotiated and closed in a timely fashion and at a good price.
