Patient sales staff. Not all of them are hard driving dealers. Thousands of cars available. Starbucks coffee available for shoppers. Possibly too many choices of cars and trucks. They are willing to let you test them all. I would encourage you to visit. Be strong.

The Dealership was nice! BUT as far as Customer service goes I would give them a zero star rating. Upfront everybody is nice and cordial. When it comes time to paying the bill they act like they're doing you a favor. Making customers feel like they are dumb is just not polite business. So the coupon said two oil changes w/ tire rotation $80 [$80] looked like a check. They got frustrated with me because they had to explain it to me again and the man shook his head and walked away. A woman came back and explained that she's never been told what I thought before. I get that in today's modern age of convenience people try to get out of paying a bill; but, don't make people feel dumb and don't disrespect them to their face. Again I understand there were a lot of people there and it's frustrating when you feel like your doing all you can and then you think some guy just doesn't want to pay. Just be polite about it and shake your head and disrespect them behind closed doors.

We have bought two vehicles from this location in the past few years (same salesman as we try to be loyal) and are currently in the process of looking for something different as our family has grown and we’d like more seating and space. On October 6, 2017 they told us what they would give for the car on a trade however on Tuesday December 5 he decides our car is now worth $2500 less than two months ago. 
No deal!! We won’t be customers anymore.

Terrible customer service.  Spent $35k on a new truck, the roof was leaking.  The dealership said they would repair it.  They caulked the light, which is not the right way to fix it.  My husband had to throw a fit on the sales floor just to get the GM to speak to him.  It also took 20 days to get a title because the finance manager forgot to sign the paperwork.  Don't waste your time at this dealership, for they don't appreciate yours!

So this is my second review with this exact dealership. First one was about them swearing up and down they have the second set of keys(which they blew me off because I bought it in May....so less than a year) and now about 2 weeks ago the stabilitrack went out of wack and had to have it towed to a manufacture dealership and not only did they fix the problem turns out this car had a packet of problems that went along with it. Mechanic told he he was surprised it lasted this long without something going out. So long story short...I do NOT recommend buying from this dealership.
