My Cousin, David Killian Purchased a car from this dealership. The gave him temp plates and they now have expired and they have not provided the title. When asked they said they can't give a new temp plate and he can't drive the car. Didn't even act like they cared just said you will have to wait for the title. They should provide the title or refund immediately. Very poor customer service. Shop elsewhere.

"Here we are 38 days after our vehicle purchase from DRIVEN AUTO SALES and still no title for vehicle. Still can't drive our vehicle legally. I guess it is time to start the official complaint with the state. Beware of this dealership." Statement from My Cousin

Jake and I went to Driven in O'Fallon, looking for a new car for myself. We were greeted by everyone when we walked through the door, it was very welcoming! Kevin was the one to help us, and I don't think I have ever had a more down to the earth salesperson in my life. He was awesome to work with, and paid attention to every word we said. Eric came to help us as well and he was equally as great! We didn't get a deal done that night, but we will be coming back very soon to take our new car home! I wont ever go anywhere else!!

I had a really awesome experience buying a car from driven today.  The staff was very friendly, and very knowledgeable when answering my questions. They didn't try the normal sales men  schemes, they were very straight forward and truthful with me. I would highly recommend driven to any one who is buying a used car.

We weren't very sure if we could get financed because of our credit. Ed our sales Representative, made us feel right at home. Thank you driven for making it happen for us!!!

Bought a car here a couple of years ago and I was satisfied. A couple of days ago I went back to look ar a car for my daughter. I was less than impressed. Sleazy salesman. "I've been in the business for 30 years" "Let me tell you...". No thanks Ben.
