Auto Solutions is second to none in the used car industry! Their selection is amazing, and their staff makes you feel like family! The interior of their sales building is very comfortable with nice furniture and finishes! I highly recommend these guys; I would give 10 stars if possible!

Auto solutions is great. I needed a car asap and Nick the cars salesman went out of his way to pick me up and brought me to auto solutions. I got a great deal on an 08 Pontiac. Nick went up and beyond as a car salesmen. I was in and out in under a few hours unlike some other places i have gone to before in the past.

My husband and I were car shopping and we went in their store the first day we started looking. We found one that was somewhat decent so they told us they'd look into it to see what our payments would be, if we could get approved for a loan, etc. We went back into the main boss guys office and he told us what we'd be getting and started talking about us signing papers and we were like, "Uh we were just getting some ideas today, we didn't say anything about committing," and he got almost mad because we weren't buying that day just got an attitude and made it really awkward. So we left did some more shopping, but eventually came back for the car we liked the first time. They told us our payment would be $180 a month and we'd be doing the warranty and everything. So we took the car home, and a few days later we got a call from them saying we needed to come back in and when we got there they said my husband needed more proof of his job to be approved through that credit union and they'd have to go through a different one so our payments would be $284 a month instead. We'd already had the car for a few days and we didn't really get a chance to reconsider before they started shoving all of the papers in our faces to get signed. So it wasn't until after we took the car home did they tell us that we'd be paying a hundred dollars more a month. Very clever bait and switch tactic, and also very shady. Not to mention, we were speaking with the guy that got mad when we didn't immediately buy, and we said something, and he was like, "Yeah well this location does $5 million a year so I'm sure we'll be fine." Unattractively tacky going around telling people your yearly income. Luckily our car just happened to be a good one, so far, but since we got it I've heard horror stories from friends about their cars, so if I had to do it all over again, I would not go here, and I suggest everyone go elsewhere as well.
