Ok. So i bought a 2008 ford explorer from these guys. Extremely friendly and helpful. When i drove off the lot a light came on on the car. It took a few mechanics and a little over a month to figure out what the issue was. This was an extreme headache and they stuck by me the entire time. They made sure i didn't have to pay a dime even after the 30 day warrenty was up (which they are not obligated to do) and they were not rude or mean in any way, even when both of us were extremely frustrated. I came out ahead on this vehicle with some new parts i wasn't  expecting plus they fixed the actual problem. Lots of dealers are shady, but not these guys. They are honest, if something is/goes wrong that they weren't aware of, they are more than willing to make it right. Just be respectful.

Drove from Pacific to look at a 2004 Suburban with 104k miles.  Was told it was "clean" with normal wear and a few "dings" for $8,995.   Showed up and the rear wiper was completely missing, not just dings, but dents EVERYWHERE!!!!!

I did not end up buying a car from here but everyone was very friendly and willing to help me out any way that was within reason for the cars they had on there lot.

We purchased our 3rd car from J&L and have always been happy with their service.  They went out of their way to make sure the vehicles were in good condition for us.
