I had the BEST experience with Albuquerque crew --  Dan and Scott Day!  Scott came for an inspection early in the season and recommended a new thermostat for my old furnace.  He didn't try to "up sell" me on a replacement and did not even charge me for the inspection -- it was a FREE estimate!  I had him back to install the thermostat and it was only $125 for the unit and installation.  I will be calling John Moore (actually Scott or Dan) for my plumbing, heating and electrical, too!!  GREAT and trustworthy service... that says a lot when you are having crews in your home.

I called the John Moore number and it refers me to an after hours number.  John Moore doesn't have an after hours service.  All they do is make appts.  The John Moore was suppose to come out between 9am - 12 pm.  At 1230 I called JM and I was told the guy was in route.  I waited an hour and called again and the JM told me they are running behind l.  Really John Moore?

What started out as bad service has turned to be positive when Mr.Don Carlisle the manager got involved.  Mr Carlisle personally came out to my house to see how they can fix my heater problem.
