Staff is not very informative on when or even if you will be seen. I suspect if you use these types of urgent services often you know the routine. We do not. First we were told we could be a walk in because we didn't have an appointment. After waiting any hour and a half the staff found us and said they made and appt for 2 and half hours more. We decided to leave to get something to eat. We weren't a mile away and they called saying we were being called in now ?? We turned around and were back in 3 minutes. Was another hour before we were triaged and put in a room. I just think a little more information and guidance was needed from the staff.

Very easy to schedule online appointment. Very quick service once I got there and very thorough. This is 2nd time there and it is consistent. Highly recommend.

I never ever leave reviews but these guys and gals are amazing!!!! I called at 11:30, was able to get a 3:00 for my kiddos, and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. AND! We ran into some freak insurance hiccup with one of my kids and had to do self pay- and they offered a 35% discount!!!! What a Mother's Day! So grateful for this place being open, clean, friendly, and accessible! And big thanks to the staff for being so rad on a Sunday afternoon!!

I had a breathing problem, the Doctor saw me very quickly, blood samples, chest x-ray and other tests. I was prescribed medication and was sent home. Very pleased with my experience at John Muir Urgent Care.

I had to come here for a doctor's appointment. I googled first and realized you need an appointment before you come in. Oddly, I think that defeats the purpose of an urgent care? Luckily, I was not too sick or anything. I made an appointment for the next morning and my wait time was pretty much none. I saw the doctor quickly and got a fast and correct diagnosis. The process was smooth and painless. I will definitely use it again if I need urgent care.
