Parking is hard to find. I payed $3.00 to park and make it to my appointment on time. The front desk people are rude. This is the main reason i haven't gone in for 5 years. 
You can't muster up a smile or kind word? After all this isn't anyones favorite appointment. And yes that should be part of your job.
