I am very grateful to have used John's Moving & Storage for my move in December.  After waiting for them to arrive to pack up my home I realized I had given them the wrong date for my move.  I called to see if they could somehow move me on the day that I called.  Fortunately, they were able to assemble a team at the last minute, which saved me all kinds of trouble.  Despite the rain, the team was extremely, polite, knowledgable, and hard working.  They truly saved me a world of trouble and did so with such a positive attitude.  I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a move or storage.

We used John’s moving company for our recent move from Raleigh to Wake Forest.  The estimate visit was professional.  They walked through the house quickly and was able to prepare the estimate immediately.  Prior to moving day, correspondence was made to best fit my schedule.  On moving day, the guys were timely, efficient and got the work done effortlessly.  I don’t’ even know when they took a break.  When they arrived to the new house, they were nice enough to move something for me that was there as well.  I would recommend John’s moving to anyone needing moving services.

The guys were on time and ready to start the move. They were courteous and I could tell right away that they knew what they were doing. In other words, they weren't just day laborers. They were full time employees .  The lead guy explained how they were handling different items of furniture. I admit I  was a little concerned when they were coming down the stairs with a 89 inch leather couch that reclined on each end. That thing was heavy but they pulled it off seamlessly. Things went just as smoothly at the other end when they moved us in to our new place. When it came to pay the bill, I was pleasantly surprised  to find that they came in under the estimate. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a moving company.

We chose John's Moving and Storage because of their excellent reputation, and we were not disappointed!  They were very professional - from the initial estimate to the actual move and beyond.  My furniture was wrapped securely and handled carefully.  They even moved our piano! Our job was tough, as it required dropping off half at a storage facility and the other half up two flights of stairs to an apartment, but there were no complaints!  I definitely plan to use them on our next move!

We have moved over 8 times in the past 25 years and by far this was one of the best experiences we have ever had!  We had an unusal circumstance and had to literally go day to day to have our move date confirmed.  We were able to confirm the date ONE day before we were to be out of our home!  From the first phone call to the truck pulling out of our driveway....Jamel, Jill, Deon, Ron, Gregory and Justin....we can never thank you ENOUGH for being patient with us and loving our "stuff" with tender-loving care!!  God Bless ALL of you richly!!!
