The most dishonest fertility clinic we encountered in NY.
They told my wife twice that they taking my wife's insurance and charged a normal copay of $35.
Months later, we received a bill for $560 fo 2 visits and emails saying that my wife also had a phone consultation which never happened.
Their financial department never answers the phone nor calls back.
My wife got lucky with another doctor but I strongly recommend avoiding New Hope fertility clinic and Dr Zhang to hopeful and honest parents.
