I ordered and paid over $1500 for a tailor-made suit in May of 2017 and approximately 6 months later it's still not ready. They failed to call me when it required additional tailoring (sp?). So when I walked in the store to check status they could not find my suit for several minutes and then when it was found the pants were not tailored as ordered.

Used Jos A Bank for tuxes at my wedding. The first guy in the store wasn't helpful because he's not the "tux guy" and we made some choices we later decided were bad choices (i.e. Vests in the middle of summer). Went back to talk to the "tux guy" and updated our order. Apparently he never put the update in and we had the wrong tuxes for our wedding. That day when we realized and called them in a panic, they let us get black suspenders (ordered white) but wanted to charge us for getting the white pocket squares we ordered. They refused to recognize their mistake. Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend using them for tuxes.

There's a gentleman that works in there named Saeed. He's great. But the experience I've had at Joseph A Bank is so bad that I'll not return. The suit I'm supposed to wear as a groomsmen, was ordered wrong, tailored horrendously, and then tailored horrendously again. This has been a 6-8 week process of problem after problem. It's ridiculous. Not sure how this chain has managed to stay in business this long.

Best Jos A Bank I've been too. Staff is very helpful and theres always great deals on all items. I love it! It's amazing.
