First time ever buying a suit so I didn't know what to expect, but I can tell you the end results are not good. The ladies were nice who assisted us intially, but it was an immediate whirlwind as soon as we walked in. They started throwing items on myself and my fiance. They didn't really explain anything, the only options we were provided were upcharges and later we found out there were supposed to be some questions for courtesy options such as pant leg style that were never asked. It was an extremely rushed experience and I don't know why because it was only the 2 of us in the store the entire time. In total we spent over $800 for 2 pairs of pants, 2 suit jackets, 2 pairs of suspenders, and a pair of shoes. When we returned to pick up our suits none of the alterations had been made on my fiance's suit, but mine seemed okay aside from all of the lint on it. They were able to make the alterations for my fiance over night which was great and they gave us 2 ties free as an apology, which wasn't necessary, but appreciated. Today is the day of my event that I needed my suit for and I just now discovered they never put the suspender buttons on my pants which I paid for along with the $60 suspenders they sold me. I'm not even sure it's worth going back after today to have the buttons sewed on, but I do have these expensive suspenders that I can't even wear now. It's not like they intentionally meant to screw everything up, and they're nice, but it means nothing if you just have to deal with mistake after mistake.

I really appreciated the time the employees put into helping me find the right suit for my needs. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

They have a large selection of suits but the quality of service is lacking substantially. I went in to purchase several suits for work however the associates working had very limited knowledge on how to pick a suit that would perfect to tailor for my body type. I have purchased several suits before and I know what a hood baseline suit should feel and fit like.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service!! I have never been treated worse. After being talked to like I was a complete moron, I left without buying anything.
