My few experiences at the store have varied.

I bought my long gun and mini safes on sale here and the sales man was great. The key pad had broken before I received it and they covered the cost of shipping the same one from another location.

I went in to buy a set of Artist boots on sale but they didn't have my size. They basically said I'm SOL. They had the same boot, in my size, days after the sale ended but would not honor the sale price.

I just went in today to buy 4'x6' Stall Mats. Their pricing ($43/mat) was the highest within a 50+ mile radius and online (including shipping). The manager refused to price match a local competitor ($37/mat) because, in their system, it says they were produced by a different company. Like every other product, they are made in the same facility and branded by whomever buys it by the pallet load making it impossible to price match. They would only sell for $37 if I bought 20+ mats.

I just drove 35 minutes to the competitor to buy the 12 mats that I needed.

It's a fairly expensive place to shop, but as they have items that other local shops do not have ( equestrian, and farm related equipment and materials ) I do visit there occasionally. It's staff have always been helpful. It's restrooms are clean. There is plentiful parking.

I love Wilco and the customer service is really the best around!  I have purchased my chicks every Spring from Wilco for the past five years and half the fun is discovering what I get.  If I get more roosters than I need, I just call Bill at Happy Rooster Farm in Lakebay, Wa. :)  Blessings!

Thanks for your response. Much appreciated. Don't like to bash on good businesses, especially one's who do care. Employees, come in good or not so good. You just have to sort them out. Every business does. See you soon .. and Happy Holidays :)

This store is so much fun! 
They have a pet groomer in the back of the store that does a really nice job on nails. They have a country clothing section with better than expected prices. Horse needs, dog needs, odd and end house needs (electrical/plumbing/building), planting needs and my toddlers favorite part chickens! 
They sell chickens in a lot of varieties as well as ducks and turkey, they sell quick though. 
We walk here often to just say hi to the chickens and the staff is always nice (even though we are terrible and don't buy something each time :/ )
