I bought some 70 dollar Nike cross trainers a while ago that I have been running with but my feet and knees started to hurt because of this I took a week off from running. Then I bought some Adidas running shoes and they gave me blisters. After that I bought some Asics GT-2000 5 shoes. I ran about 15 miles in them over three days and they hurt my feet and felt tight. So, today I picked up some Hoka One One Clifton 4's and I just got done with a quick 2 miles run in them. Needless to say, the Hoka Clifton 4’s are very comfortable and it feels like your running on marshmallows. Worth the 130 dollars I spent. I also picked up an amphipod running water bottle. Which is an awesome addition to any run and makes carrying water so much easier. Thanks guys!

They sell the best tennis shoes plus they are very professional and no the job and very curious and I would highly recommend this to anyone

I used to think any old shoe would work. Just pay the $40 and get any good adidas or sneakers and go running. But I stopped running due to knee and hip joint pain. It wasn't fun. I could make it to the mile marker without wanting to stop due to the pain.

My father told me to go to Route 16 to get my "prescribed" shoe. Not every shoe is made the same and every foot needs a certain shoe. So I went. The service was great. They observed my gate and how I walked without shoes and then found the perfect shoe for my feet. They felt great in the store. They didn't hurt my feet and it seemed to help my run even.

I just ran 3.2 miles today which is a distance I could never have ran before due to joint pain. It was definitely worth the $120 to get the professional advice and the correct shoe. This made running fun for me.

I can't say enough great things about Route 16.  I had been having problems with finding a good pair of running shoes and have battled shin splints, etc.  A friend recommended Route 16 to me and I was totally impressed with their friendliness, knowledge, and shoe recommendation.  I'm even more impressed with how awesome my shoes are!  Guess what? No more problems for this runner girl!  You people rock and I am telling everyone I know to support your business.  Thank you!
