I gotta say I never expect any frills at a Payless but boy this place was a great. I really wish I could remember the young ladies name that helped us out, because never have I ever had that level of customer satisfaction. She helped us find shoes, gave us plenty of time to shop without hovering, and was just amazingly knowledgeable, and passionate about her position. We got the shoes, and even while checking out she was so nice and had such genuine compliments. It really was refreshing experience solely based on her interaction.

Cheap shoes, not a great selection or amazing quality but they'll do ya just fine.

Customer was horrible. I went in to purchase Easter shoes for my daughters, I forgot the coupon for the 15% off. Returned with the coupon in hand and asked if she would return the items so I that the 15% would apply. Melissa said that she could not do this and that it would look at her numbers or something. So I returned the items and this location lost a regular customer. I work retail so I know that there could have be some kind of accommodation
