Nice clothes that fit well, attentive staff

Been in here a couple of times over the past year, first time was a good experience, second was terrible. The only attendant working in the store was not helpful and didn't know how to wear a suit. He gave us minimal attention and poor advice. When the store did not have all the pants I wanted in my size he promised to order them in and added them to the bill. He said the pants would be in within a week. Several weeks went by without hearing or receiving anything. Finally called the store only to be told that this had to be looked into further and that I would soon get a call back with "what they could offer" and that it would most likely be store credit.  I didn't get a call back so I called again a couple of days later only to get the same answer. Store credit for items never received and seemingly never ordered but paid for. Finally cancelled the credit card payment. 

Additionally the pants that I bought in store, which I have had for only a couple months are starting to fall apart. The stitching in the pockets is coming loose. The shirts and ties seem to be holding up. I don't plan on coming back.
