My wife ordered photo cards for graduation announcements on January 26, 2018.  We were supposed to received them in 7 - 10 business days.  4 weeks later, we call and it's supposed to ship the next day.  2 weeks after that, we call and it's supposed to ship the next week.  We called a week after and they FINALLY acknowledged after being lied to for 7 weeks that they messed up the order, was currently remaking the order and would ship the next week.  We call TODAY and they ask us to cancel the order and reorder????  ARE YOU SERIOUS?  Not one person from Jostens over all these calls once apologized for their issues and lack of communication they had.  COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE when we are forced by these high schools to use one company.  I will tell everyone I know about this terrible service and lack of respect.

Nightmare. Received my graduation (University) bracelet 5wks after graduation only to be disappointed that it was incorrect (even after I had pointed out to the sales rep she had placed it wrong and heard her speak to customer service rep to fix order prior to processing and shipping). When I called customer service myself they didn't offer to expedite order given that I had patiently waited 5wks after gradation; they were asking that I wait 6 more weeks! When I received my bracelet for second time, quality was horrible! One side of the bangle bracelet was curing in on a 45degree angle (no idea how they allowed this to ship out). Upset I called customer service and they didn't show any empathy but instead asking to return and wait for replacement which would take another 6 weeks! I have received a bracelet for a third time and problem was not fixed. Poor quality and poor customer service. I'm done dealing with Jostens; I'm returning product for reimbursement and going elsewhere! Don't order from here, I'm sure they were a good company before but given the high volume of orders they must not spend enough time on quality.
