My girlfriend went here recently to buy a confirmation gift because she is a sponsor. The woman working, her name is KJ, was very unpleasant and made the experience horrible for her. First of all she rushed her through picking a charm out for the necklace. Not even letting her see the booklet really. Then she insulted my girlfriend because she was asking her mom for her opinion. She asked my girlfriend what she did for a living and continued to say she hoped she never had her as a nurse because she couldn’t make a decision. Then she never gave my girlfriend an exact pricing of the necklace and charm. My girlfriend also had a necklace that her parents bought from there that broke and asked to get it fixed. KJ called to tell her the order was ready to be picked up, my girlfriend drives out there (we don’t live close) and the order is not ready, but my girlfriend got her necklace back. The next week we go to pick up the confirmation gift and they try to charge my girlfriend for the repair that she had already gotten back a week ago(she never told her there would be a charge). My girlfriends parents had been going here for years and now will never go back after this experience. Do not go to this jeweler they don’t know how to do business and insulted my girlfriend so much.

Have been doing business with the Blackman family since 1970.  I have probably spent enough to put the kids through college.  A great place to patronage.  Fair prices for quality jewelry
