My experience with Jostens has been horrible!! I had to return my class tag ordered for my son because it was incorrect. Once corrected they failed to send his birthstone charm back alone with the tag. It was two months after graduation before it was returned to us. But NOW his chain is discolored😳

I had a crack in my ring and didn't realize the warranty repair address was right here down the road. I showed up and they were super helpful and took care of everything. Now I'm just waiting to get my repair back!  Very friendly employees from the walk across the parking lot to the reception to warranty to exit. Thanks!

We received my niece Angelas invitations from Jostens.  Most had a horrible crease down the middle.  Several had bent corners.  One had a tear and hole on the inside page and almost all of them had ratty edges in one corner.  

The company could not expedite replacements only shipping.  We opted for a refund, but there was no apology or real concern at the poor quality of invitation we received.  

Very sad.
