Upon entering the store I didn't see any cashiers but one at the jewelry counter and she was busy conversating about flowers with a customer. I went on through because I was anxious to purchase a new vacuum. I went through the tools & BBQ equipment section & there was a cashier putting items in a basket. Never asked if I needed help, nothing. Just directed me to the vacuums. I stood for over 10 minutes waiting for him or someone to come & sadly no one came. 😥 I"ll have to go purchase a vacuum somewhere else!!!

Good products hate to see them slowly disappear as a chain store. I've bought die hard and craftsman tools for years :(
