This is actually my favorite Journeys.  Even though they are thr furthest out their customer service is truly amazing. I have been to the millenia mall one and the manager is super rude. I have been to all 3 in the florida mall which is closest to my home and job and the journeys kids is horrible they do not even ask to help. It seems like they are bothered to help anyone. The underground and journeys there are slightly better but doesn't compare to the experience you have at the Fashion square.  Already bought over 15 pairs maybe more. Keep up the good work!

I ordered a pair of Vans on the 17th, the guaranteed me that I would have the shoes in 4 days. It’s been 10 days I have no shoes. Every time I call no one can give me any information. They just shrug it off and tell me there’s no information.
