The staff here went above and beyond to help me while I shopped for almost a years worth of clothing for my son. If they didn't gave it there, they ordered it online for me and had it shipped to my house for free. I most likely drove them crazy but they made sure I was satisfied and recieved everything I wanted even if it meant doing four seperate orders mixed with online and in store options. I love Carter's clothing and they really have some great deals if you go when they have big sales.

Carters do not care about parents.  We received as a gift a bundle of carters baby clothes that we wanted to swap.  My wife and 4 week old baby went out their way to go to the store without a receipt to ask for a credit not so my wife could go back at a better time to find appropriate clothing.   The sales person would not give a credit note as Carters changed their policy a year ago that now only exchanges merchandise without receipt.  I contact head office and explained this is a training issue for their staff as they should be asking customers if they want a gift receipt and should care enough about mums and small babies that they give a credit note so  they can come back at a better time.  Head office did not care and the customer service manager Kecia had no interest in helping us.  I will never shop in Carters again as I want to shop somewhere that cares about the parents and not just making money.
