I went in for a trim. I had really long hair. Asked to get one inch cut with long layers and what i ended up with was almost 4inches cut off my hair and also really thinned it out. She said it was because of the layers. She cut my hair dry which was also very weird. I am quite upset. Now I have to wait till my hair grows out. I will not be going  back to this place. DO NOT recommend.

I've been going to Blaze for  the past 4 years and Hope is the only person who has ever figured out how to cut and style my excessively thick hair.  I just tell her to do what she thinks will looks good, and I'm always happy.  Also, her highlights are the bomb.

Hate writing a poor review because stylist Matthew is very nice, but my toddler son's haircut is absolutely terrible!  I'm actually very upset with how butchered it is.  Was supposed to be kept longish and he has these horrible, short, feathered layers all over the top and front of his head (some that particularly don't blend well and just look like my 3 year old cut off a chunk).  Sooo sad to see his beautiful longer pieces of hair chopped off and am now anxiously waiting for it to grow back!  I called the following day to let him know how horrible it is and he was apologetic, but there's not much to be done other than wait it out.  We will be returning to our previous hairdresser even though the location is less convenient because we won't ever try Blaze again!

I went in with a shag ( Eunice cut my hair) cut kinda but almost a bob. I just asked for a trim . she cut off all my hair it isn't a bad cut but she also kept cutting knew I wasn't happy I walked out crying she said my hair was dry then used a curling iron burned my head . I should not have tipped her . I just wanted a trim and she cut my hair before washing kinda weird
