We were very pleased with the shopping process. Lots to select from. Our salesman was very helpful and didn't bug us when we were just looking, but was always nearby when we had a question. Selection fabric colors was also easy since they had sample fabric in one spot hanging from a rack. Placing the order was also easy, and everything arrived on schedule. We have been very pleased with our two new couches and three chairs.

Not a good experience. Very few of the power recliners were actually plugged in so you could try them. The displays were ridiculous... lamps on the floor with crooked shades. Mattress leaned up against the wall next to a bedroom display. Bed spread wadded up on one of the bed displays. Just really not the way to market your product. Also, when your customer says they just want to look, back off a bit....I promise if I have a question I'll ask you. Lots of room for improvement!

My husband & I really appreciated Patric's help on our 1st visit.  He was knowledgeable, not pushy but had great suggestions.  When we called back to talk specific prices and specifications he remembered us and had great suggestions.  The first day we were shopping we met probably 10 salespeople at different stores, but wanted to come back to work with Patric

Very helpful and knowledgeable. We bought a sectional couch. It was a very nice couch for an excellent price. We are very happy a year later and would certainly purchase from JR again.

I am very pleased with the sofa i purchased from "JR Furniture". They delivered it on-time and were very professional. The Sales Staff are great and definitely go the extra mile to help. Thanks to you all!!
