I recently purchased a kitchen hutch from Cassey at Ashley's and had the most enjoyable experience. The prices are awesome and the service even better! I shopped at mor first and realized their furniture is very cheap and they have a huge staff of sales people who just ignored me. Go to Ashley's they have affordable furniture and great service.

What an awesome experience shopping at Ashley Homestore in Salem on Hagers Grove Rd. What made it an awesome experience was Tyson Long, a salesperson that works there. My wife and I came in to pick up a small file cabinet and walked out with four other large pieces. Tyson is incredibly tuned in to his clients. Not pushy at all, however he connects to your needs and personality. Very helpful. Works hard researching the absolute best price available, is determined to make sure accurate delivery of all purchases, at the most convenient time for you. What a pleasure shopping there. And shopping for furniture is not my favorite activity. You will not be disappointed. Plus an awesome selection.

Robb and Kelly's were fantastic. Friendly, no pressure service and the whole experience was smooth and seamless. Robb introduced himself to us, then left us alone until we had questions and then he was right there with info I'm the manufacturing, company operations, and warranties. Felt he was honest, not glossing over things. Gave us reductions in pricing even after we said we loved it. Kept finding is more discounts. Also, happy to see Kelly's provides copies of all paperwork without me having to ask. Also, gave it to us in hand, not emailing it later. And paperwork had things spelled out clearly. Warranty info Robb gave matched what I read on the papers. Manager and desk help were just as friendly as Robb. I will be recommending Robb and Kelly's furniture to others. Especially Robb!

The sales employees are very nice and extremely helpful. Shout out to John for helping my boyfriend and I pick out a beautiful sectional for our new apartment. About a year earlier, I had bought a king sized bed and had a wonderful experience., from the sale all the way up to delivery. Same with the sectional. My boyfriend and I went back to purchase the matching ottoman to the couch we had bought earlier. The sale went smoothly but everything from the pick up on was horrid. We were first quoted a day the furniture would be ready, I understand sometimes delivery takes longer then anticipated but when I had called a week after our ottoman was supposed to be ready to be picked up, I was told it had been sitting in their warehouse for a week. I was a little annoyed but I let it slide as I understand some things happen. My boyfriend and I were unable to pick up the ottoman as we both had work that day but his mom was able to pick it up. We were told it would be ready by 11am. She was there by 11am and was told upon pick up that they were unable to find the ottoman and was told to come back later. My boyfriend ended up calling the store and was told the ottoman was out front and ready to pick up and wasn't sure why they couldn't locate it in the first place. My boyfriends mom went back to pick up the ottoman only to have the movers load it into the back of her car bending her backseat custom fit liner and ruining it. Also, upon unwrapping the ottoman, we noticed one corner of the ottoman was worn down, like it had been used. It was like pulling teeth in order to contact someone about the issue. Eventually after about-now-three months of back and forth we were able to get to ottoman fixed. It took another month to get reimbursed for the car liner as nobody seemed to want to answer my emails. All in all, I am happy with the furniture I purchased from Ashley's, and their floor staff are very helpful. However, their customer service staff is far less helpful, and the experience I had with getting answers to the above problems will make me look elsewhere for any future furniture purchases.

Janet was the BEST at Ashley Furniture store! She gave us space to think about what we wanted to purchase and was there when we had any questions with quick answers! Not only that but she gave us the BEST price possible, looking up the piece of furniture we bought online to give us the best deal that she could! The best customer experience you could ask for! THANK YOU JANET!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
